Success at work and at home relies on our capacity to handle everyday stressors that cause anxiety and negative self-regard, such as overwhelm, competing demands, interpersonal conflict, exhaustion, illness, sudden loss, and physical pain.

In this uplifting and life-changing workshop, we will use Positive Psychology as a foundation for overcoming these stressors.

We’ll learn how to: 

  • Activate greater positive self-regard and compassion to increase physical energy and emotional vitality

  • Set healthier boundaries and reduce negative thought habits

  • Elevate our character strengths to build optimism

  • Find antidotes to stress-inducing mindsets that are LeaderMom enemies (martyrdom, victimhood, the wonder woman myth, the hypercritical voices in our heads, and perfectionism)

You will leave with a template for creating positive shifts and tools that can be applied moment to moment for you, your teams at work, and your family.
