How to Reduce Anxiety & Guilt with Positive Psychology

Managing emotions wisely is a massively important LeaderMom skill set, especially under stress and when fatigued, which all of us are in some way in Covid-19. In this uplifting, practical workshop for LeaderMom Members, we will use Positive Psychology and our research as foundations for overcoming common stressors at work and at home. 

In this program you will learn to…

  • Activate greater positive self-regard and self-compassion to increase energy and emotional vitality

  • Set healthier boundaries and reduce negative thought habits

  • Elevate our character strengths to build realistic optimism

  • Find antidotes to stress-inducing mindsets that are LeaderMom enemies (martyrdom, victimhood, the wonder woman myth,
    the hypercritical voices in our heads, and perfectionism)

You will leave with a template for creating positive shifts and tools that can be applied moment to moment for you, your teams at work, and your family. With multiple sessions, you will have space to practice and receive personalized guidance, and a chance to connect with other LeaderMoms.
