Webinar Series

October 21, October 28, November 4
12:30 pm (EDT)

Delegation is a critical skill for leaders. Our research shows that executive-level LeaderMoms are more likely to trust people enough at work to let go compared to mid-level managers, and delegation is in the top-3 skills LeaderMoms have had to develop (along with executive presence and financial acumen). And delegation is challenging, particularly for people who made their way up the ladder by executing well themselves. This session focused on the common challenges and limiting behaviors that LeaderMoms commonly face, rethink, and overcome to learn to delegate at work and home.

This is a 3-part webinar series. We encourage you to join for all three. You must have attended Session 1 or Session 2 to be able to participate in Session 3.
