Leading From Strengths

with Maria Sirois and Catherine Flavin (~30 minutes)

Knowing our is harder than it looks for all leaders because of negative brain bias. And gender bias confounds it more for LeaderMoms. This comes in the form of being conditioned to feel we are not doing enough and various doubts, critiques and negative stereotypes. Seeing, valuing and developing our own strengths provides an ESSENTIAL grounding, a positive anchor, and is a key to being happier and more effective.

Put language around your strengths by taking the ViaCharacter survey.

For reasons related to engagement, performance, stress, and battling bias, we have three messages for our members.
• Know your strengths.
• Know your strengths.
• Know your strengths.

The more you think you know yours, the more we challenge you to look again and update the picture in your head.

Elevate Meaning

with Mina Simhai and Catherine Flavin (~45 minutes)

Meaning matters because a foundation is doing what really matters, professionally and personally. We advocate disciplined practices to help you clarify what really matters to you and to the business. When you watch the webinar, know that understanding the power of meaning is not enough. The next step is to deliberately practice that skill until it becomes a habit, so after you have watched, read the blog and get clear about putting these ideas into practice.
