Over the past year our team shared expert-led webinars and fast-skill leadership modules covering relevant topics — all with our signature LeaderMom twist:

  • leading from strengths

  • transitions into bigger roles

  • personal brand

  • meaning

  • growth mindset

  • preparing all year for year-end reviews and more.

We validated our Leading Whole self-assessment. It breaks through old-school, gendered assumptions about what it takes to lead and offers a research-based model of leadership for everyone.

Our Advisory Board and “Executives-in-Residence” shared expertise, enriched our offerings and propelled us forward.  They are helping us to amplify our value with a growing audience at companies and community events. They also are helping us bring our unique take on women’s leadership development through story and camaraderie at our “LeaderMom Standup” program, and in leadership training programs in companies.

We also launched a “force for good” eBlast series for managers and allies featuring insights and tips to battle bias and cultivate promising practices. We are delivering leadership programs, grounded in LeaderMom research to battle gender bias and promote well-being, growth and business results.  

Why did we tackle this audacious work? Because we are listening to you.

In 2020, we promise to keep listening and keep cutting through bias, guilt and BS – and to keep supporting you in finding happier success as LeaderMoms. We'll shine a light on your success. We will remind you that your voice matters, and your actions matter even more.
